10:00 am - 12:00 pm
A poem, according to Auden, paraphrasing Valéry, is never finished, only abandoned. In this workshop, we will discuss and do exercises on editing in poetry. We will focus on small changes that might be experienced as big improvements — including looking at line breaks, word choice, the use of space, shape, and how the content and line-endings of a poem are creatively working
